Analog transmitters enable the continuous evaluation of sensor signals and are thus an indispensable component in the implementation of industry 4.0. Our goal is a complete integration of process-relevant sensors.
These include variable area flow sensors that are robust, fast and reliable, and therefore an indispensable part of industrial flow measurement.
The sensor technology and the associated electronics are miniaturized in the smallest space in our analog transmitter SIGNAL 4.0. This guarantees universal applicability to a variety of mechanical sensors. It can be used in conjunction with numerous of our Meister-type-series. This makes it adequate for the measurement and monitoring of various flow media.
The demands on technology are constantly increasing. Everything becomes interconnected today. Classic binary switches are usually limited to simple switching signals or analog values. Thanks to the IO-Link technology, intelligent sensors can now be used to collect a large amount of information from your system and process it for further processing.
With our SIGNAL 4.0 IO PRO, we are developing an intelligent, fully digital transceiver for process measuring technology. With the aid of a Hall sensor, the position of magnetic levitators is detected and output via the IO-Link interface. In addition, it is possible to acquire temperature and pressure via external sensors and to output these as digital signals via the IO-Link interface.
