Important Information:
🔹 Please do not return any products without prior approval.
🔹 Our warranty period is 1 year from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, devices older than 2 years cannot be returned.
🔹 A flat fee of €64.90 net applies for unjustified complaints or repairs (plus costs for spare parts & other expenses).
🔹 For unused flow monitors, a restocking fee of 15–25% will be charged.
🔹 Custom-made products, customer-specific designs, and ATEX-certified devices are subject to special regulations – please contact our sales team.
