At our company meeting last Friday, we once again had the opportunity to celebrate one of the most meaningful moments at Meister Strömungstechnik: honoring our long-serving employees.
Twice a year, we come together as a team to reflect, exchange ideas, and look ahead. But these gatherings are also a time to pause and recognize the people who have played a key role in building and shaping our company over many years.
This time, we were proud to celebrate five colleagues for their dedication and loyalty:
- Christian Mann and Markus Reiß for 10 years,
- Daniel Pistner and Jonas Herbert for 15 years, and
- Heidi Becker for an impressive 20 years.
As a company of around 40 people, this level of commitment is something truly special. Each anniversary represents years of dedication, expertise, teamwork, and reliability—qualities that define who we are as an organization.
Our long-serving employees have done far more than fulfill their roles. They have supported growth, embraced change, and shared their knowledge over many years. Their contribution goes well beyond expectations.
